SmartPick can be employed in several fields, every system has been realised by using modular elements according to customised layout and with specific performances.
In particular we have improved mono-component systems at high cutting speed, multi-component systems both in batch mode and continuous dosing, and systems installed both on the ground and at the highest level of a mezzanine in order to meet specific requirements.
Here following a short list of the most interesting installations:
SmartPick for plastic materials additives production. The robot feeds the required components from four loss-in-weight gravimetric feeders into a multi-product extrusion system in continuous mode.
SmartPick for powders picking, cutting and emptying in chemical plastic industry (calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide).
SmartPick for masterbatch sector. In particular, the system cuts, doses, mixes the components according to a recipe controlled by SmartDose software.
SmarPick for basic chemical sector. The system can feed toxic noxious products into a reactor according to preset recipe. The robot is installed in a corrosive environment (HCI).
SmartPick for food industry. The system can feed 50 kg. coffee bags.
SmartPick for food industry. The system can feed 50 kg. sugar bags into a dissolver for fruit juices production.
SmartPick for plastic films extrusion both in films and food packaging sectors.
The robot can feed both polymer and masterbatch.
SmartPick for granular polyethylene grinding system. The cutting system SmartCut is directly interfaced with AIR pneumatic conveying in order to load silos installed 70 meters far.
SmartPick for dissolving system. Reagents are picked from four different pallets and mixed according to the sequence set by the recipe.
SmartPick has been also employed in grains working plant. Bags containing wheat seeds are picked from two stations and emptied into a SmartCut hopper connected to a mechanic conveying system.
