For this reason F.lli Sacchi has created a dedicated test area, where the following processes are tested: mechanic conveying, pneumatic conveying, mixing, dosing, weighing, bagging, sieving, cutting and automatic bag emptying and grain continuous puffing. A wide tools set allows to examine the physical properties of the used materials such as : specific weight, humidity, flowing value, non-free-flowing value, heating and cooling time. In particular our company has a pneumatic conveying system equipped with dense phase pneumatic conveyor, to convey both granules and non-free-flowing powders.

Specific software registers physical data recorded during tests and then shows them in a chart. In our robotised area, it’s also possible to make tests for bagging, palletising and depalletising, bags cutting and emptying. Horizontal, vertical and static mixers, as well as vibrating screens, feeders, vibrating devices, screw conveyor and elevators are available. In this way it’s possible to make in advance the necessary feasibility studies for every new project and identify any critical aspects about materials and equipments.
