AIRPULS dense phase pneumatic conveyors, at high and very high concentration, are manufactured in several standard versions to guarantee granules pneumatic conveying according to the requirements. They are proposed in two different categories based on the type of the installed load valve, that can be :
AIRPULSMINI
suitable for heavy work, flow rate 50÷1500 Kg/h, short distances (5-30 meters), it is used especially for its small dimensions and easy automatic internal cleaning (polymers handling at extruders downline, mixers, VIBRATING SCREENS or CUTTING and EMPTYING ROBOTS).
AIRPULS/FP
suitable for not heavy work, with short or medium conveying distances (30-100 meters), to handle powdery products.
AIRPULS FLF AIRPOWDER
suitable for transferring highly non-free-flowing products (e.g. titanium dioxide, metal oxides etc.)
AIRPULS /C
suitable for any product handling, heavy work even in continuous cycle (24/24h), short, medium or long conveying distances (30-100 meters).
AIRPULS CBV
suitable for friable products handling, which have not to be structurally deteriorated (conveying speed <1m/sec).
AIRPULS FD E CD
suitable for conveying on long distances (100-1000 meters) with high flow rate, same characteristics of use as per models F and C, above described.
Many options are available for AIRPULS to personalise the equipment according to the specific customer’s requirements.
WORLD NEWS!
From today on, it’s possible to install DIGI-AIR, the innovative digital control for conveying air, on the whole AIR range (even on those machines already in operation).
The machines are equipped with a control panel that can be:
Power supply 220V 50Hz.
Power absorption 300 Watt.
Air for control devices 4¸5 bar, consumption from 150 Nl/h.
Programmable control system allows working in manual to fill and empty the dense phase pneumatic conveyor with its related pneumatic conveying, or to work in automatic with smart control system with pressure check to optimise the consumptions of conveying gas, product speed and avoid obstructions in the line when using highly non-free-flowing products.
