The optimised software gives a support in bagging those products with different specific weights, associated to package, palletising and different processes. It can also be of help to manage the production, the labelling, the orders handling and the final sorting. It can be integrated with dense phase pneumatic conveying systems, storing systems, mixing systems at end-of-line and with monitoring systems on PC produced by Costruzioni Meccaniche Sacchi.
The system can be completed with a palletiser with SmartDrop anthropomorphic robot.

The operator has only to load the empty bags into the bags feeding storage area. The bagging machine places the empty bag on dosing spout, fills it quickly and accurately thanks to SmartWeight weighing system and to dosing mechanics and then releases it when the weight has been reached.
