Perfect for single-component extrusion applications or additives supplementing in continuous process.

This type of feeders can be employed for bulk products dosing when no particularly high accuracy is required.

The volumetric feeder is composed of :

Product storage hopper (capacity from 5 Kg. for mini components to 2000 Kg. for big components)
Extraction and feeding system: normally with single or double screw configuration, it can be optionally equipped with belt with variable product bed
Level detecting system to make the reloading by vibration sensor or weighing cells
Flow rate management system through open loop inverter or in closed loop configuration for greater flow rate stability
