SmartPick with 6 components has solved the problem of feeding of powders mixtures from bags at the most important producer of rubber additives on the market.
SmartPick installed on a transferring runner system, depalletizes the bags from the pallets, cuts the bags in SmartCut hoppers and empties the powders into six gravimetric hoppers connected to six pneumatic conveyors. The installation is in ATEX environment.
