The powders for beamhouse, tanning and post-tanning will be packed in a SmartPack Twin robotic bag filler.
The customer appointed Sacchi as the unique supplier of the turn key system including recipe preparation or powders recipes from bag using a SmartPick robot, mixing (Sacchi MO 2000 mixer) bag filling and palletizing
A central robot will operate in the bag filling of powders coming from three mixers at the same time
SmartPack will manage in real time the powder dosing coming form mixers, the placement of the empty bag picked from two separate dispensers on two filling heads, the filling, the sewing and palletizing on two separate pallet positions.
The system will be able to manage two separate powders, coming from two separate mixing plants, in two different bags all in full automatic mode.
