By resorting to anthropomorphic robots, F.lli Sacchi has developed an innovative system dedicated to end-of-line for the homogenization of the final product, during its bagging and the following palletising.
The final product, transported by our low speed pneumatic conveying “Airpuls”, is stored in vertical silos, where a special inner reticular structure (no need of mechanic device movements) allows blending of the product during its pouring down. Bagging machine is available both for valve bags and open mouth bags. It can be installed under the mixing silos or in the bagging area and it feeds an anthropomorphic robot.
This system, thanks to its versatility, can palletise more products at the same time, even in presence of different type of bag and different schemes, and can also control the palettising operation on several roller conveyors simultaneously.
This system of end-of-line is characterised by its flexibility: its components have been optimised to allow quick production change and easy cleaning. Besides, an optional pressurised washing system is available.
