In addition to the already well known advantages of our dense phase pneumatic conveying systems, AIRPULS and AIRPOWDER, it’s now available a revolutionary and advanced control system. Thanks to the new hardware and software system, there are now two optional modules available:

DIGIAIR, conveying air digital electronic control system
AIRSAVE, conveying air electronic saver

In particular DIGIAIR allows to:

Modulate conveying air in a different way according to conveyed product
Handle a delicate conveying even when products with very different specific weight are used
Gently convey fragile products
Limit pipes abrasion caused by abrasive products.

AIRSAVE , in combination with DIGIAIR, allows to :

Monitor pneumatic conveying consumptions
Economise air consumption given the same conveyed product
